Hello everybody!! I haven’t logged onto this account in AGES (even though it’s connect with my instagram) and I’m so darn surprised to log in and see so many of you! This blog is pretty much dominated by my instagram posts (where I put my time and effort in now) but when I feel fancy I will post some nicer quality photos with recipes to follow! Hello! The coconut bliss ice cream is Luna and Larry’s! I bought mine at my local organic grocer’s for around $6-7. I think Whole Foods carry them as well :) xx

Coconut milk (assuming it’s the one not from a can) may be used the same way you use soy milk or almond milk!
My go to recipe for a smoothie:
- 1 large ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries (or berries of your choice)
- 1/3 cup of coconut/almond/soy milk
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and drink with some ice cubes in it :)

Hihihi I’m back with more #30nationalmeals! Day 8 is Ful Medames of Egypt 🙌 it’s stewed fava beans (or in my case, romano) with olive oil, cumin, lemon, chilli and parsley. Yay fibre 💪
No international dinners tonight but instead whipped up a vermicelli noodle salad 👌(leftover vermicelli, shredded red cabbage, carrots, peanut butter, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, salt and line juice) Go #meatlessmonday! 🐮
Confession: I suck at making smoothie bowls look pretty. Taste wise, not too shabby. Mango-peach-banana smoothie with goods on top 🍌
HELLO NEW FRIENDS! There’s lots if you 😚 Did some experimenting and made my “roast” out of portobello mushrooms stuffed with garlicky mash tatters and lentils all smothered in vegan gravy 🍴so there’s day 7 of #30nationalmeals - the infamous English Sunday roast 🇬🇧👑😍 It’s not a complete Sunday without a proper Sunday roast, is it?
HELL YES ITALIAN NIGHT 🇮🇹 Pizza for day 6 of #30nationalmeals! Made the margarita pizza of Naples using tomato sauce, Daiya cheese and fresh basil on flatbread (I hate making dough, okay?) Then before I ate it I smeared a little pesto on these bad boys. Much taste. Wow.
Day 5 of #30nationalmeals is the Vietnamese spring roll 😊 I filled mine with rice vermicelli, grated carrots, red cabbage, mixed baby greens and cilantro!
