Day 2 of #30nationalmeals is the draniki from Belarus! It is a potato pancake that is quite famous around a lot of European/Middle East countries and I made it with potatoes, onions, a bit of flour, S&P, and flax eggs. You’re suppose to have this with sour cream or cottage cheese but since I’m an avid fan of tatters and ketchup so you can’t convince me otherwise 😚
Made a spicy dhal soup today because I still can’t get the one I had the other day at East is East out if my head - it’s that good 😍
Also guys I’m thinking of doing a challenge where I try to cook a different national dish for 30 days! You can join me on the challenge by tagging #30nationalmeals. So this is day one, Indian! Yum yum yum
Brunch bowls 💪
Taco time!! At least I think they’re tacos? Some version of an Asian taco?? I’ll make better ones next time…😣
Half English breakfast with avocados 😊 in need of some warming up on this really cold JULY morning 😒
Did you know I really like veg?
Did some experimenting and came I the conclusion of making a dill and potato pierogi dumpling
Sweet or savoury?
PS - credits to the person I got inspired from!
First time trying black bean noodles and it has the texture of tofurkey 😂 nonetheless tastes really good with hot sauce and avos! Also had a blast today playing at Playland - honestly miss working at that place 😪
Mmmm toasties 🍞
